All Xero plans are best managed by a Xero Partner (like me) who becomes the account Subscriber and Adivser.
Access to your Xero file is only by invitation. Users can be added and deleted.
Most users have access to the "Discuss" tab on the bank feeds, so if I need to ask a question or you do, we both can see the bank transaction.
If you have a plan with Payroll, employees can log in and only see their payslips (and print/email them), pay history and request time off. Payroll has become logical and very easy to maintain. Running payroll is also very easy, but it's best for an Adviser to set it up for you and explain the steps needed to run your Payroll.

If you want to do Automatic Superannuation Payments (you choose when every time), choose any PREMIUM plan.
We can eventually offer you fixed-fee bookkeeping, dependent on the volume of entries.
Xero Starter Plan
A great option if you only have 1 employee (usually, you), very few bank transactions and only say one sales invoice a week.
